Your site will not contain ANY pictures, movies or content of people under the age of 18, who are engaged in any sexual acts or are naked; bestiality, rape, rasism or other illegal content and links to this forms of illegal content. We do not accept sites in Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and other asian languages, as well as surfers from asian countries. Also, we do not accept movies, streams and hentai anime. This is an adult host, so only adult material is admissible. If you want to host something other then an adult site, please contact us.

There will be NO SPAM! Any kind of spam, email, IRC, ICQ, newsgroups, nothing! If any account is found spamming, his account will be deleted and he will be banned for life! Also, we do not accept sites in Russian or Japanese and other Asian languages.

You agree not to try to cheat our system in any way. If any cheating is found, the account might be removed and the owner might be banned forever, we shall decide on that. You are NOT allowed to create multiple accounts. One account per client is allowed.

You have to indicate your real name during registration. You are responsible for your own content that is hosted on our servers.

You agree to receive sometimes (not regularly) our newsletter, which will cover our news updates and our new projects info.

We reserve all the rights to do anything with any account and do not guarantee anything (though we wouldn't do anything if you don't try to cheat). We also reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

NOTE: If you cheat us in any way, you will regret it. You have been warned.
 
Hosting Services are offered "As is". We are not responsible for any damages due to network problems or system failure or any other problems. We do not provide you with backup services.
